Corpus Christi
  • The Corpus Christi festival (German “Fronleichnam”) celebrates the lasting presence of Jesus Christ in the sacrament of the Eucharist. The date of the Corpus Christi festival depends on the movable Easter festival circle. The festival is celebrated on the Thursday after the first Sunday after Pentecost.
